Welland Canal Corridor

Niagara is the home of many wonders. At Niagara Falls, the waters of the Great Lakes drop over the Niagara Escarpment, creating an impassible wall that separates Lake Ontario from Lake Erie. At the Welland Canal, massive ships from around the globe defy the Falls and are lifted over the same escarpment on their way into the heart of the North American continent.

Both wonders must be seen to be believed.
